From the first call to B and D to the end was a completely satisfied customer. A service tech came out diagnosed my problem gave me multiple choices including repairing the 16 year old equipment I had which were 2 A/C units along with two air handlers. I was only gong to do 1 unit but asked him if I could get a little discount if I did both. He answered every question I asked him in a professional manner, listened to my concerns and helped me understand everything that was going on. The solution became even better when he came back with the bid and did discount the second unit. It gets even better from here Kent who was the lead installer came out with two young gentleman and after seeing their work especially Kent’s I was so impressed I asked Kent to take a look at my house heating and cooling needs. My house s also 16 years old and Kent was very honest in saying I probably had some more time on my furnace and A/C but pointed out a few things in the units that were concerning. I asked since I spent quite a bit of money on our commercial building could they give a good price on my house and they did. After seeing the work Kent and his helpers did at my building I had already decided I wasn’t going to wait for my old equipment to break down and went ahead with a new furnace and A/C at my house. They were very careful as not to dirty the house by using drop cloths cleaning up meticulously after the job. I was totally impressed with them and again especially Kent the lead installer. He is an old fashion craftsman who cares about his work in fact both at my business and my house the work was done better than the builder I had build my commercial building and personal residence. I would recommend B and D to anyone wether it was for a service call or installation.

Excellent professionalism and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and wishes addressed. I was surprised and pleased to have an estimate in my hand before the technicians left.

TJ was friendly and professional. We appreciate that he removed his shoes at the door and wore a mask.
